Our Typical Delivery Time: 7-10 Working Days
Please note that some products may be delivered directly from our supplier, so our normal delivery times may not apply. Wherever possible we will try to deliver within our normal delivery schedule however in some cases please allow up to 28 days from the date of order.

Please note there will be a surcharge for postal codes that lie within Zone 2, 3, & Northern Ireland. For orders to these areas, delivery may take an extra 2-3 working days.

- In busy periods, orders may take longer to dispatch. We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, however, should there be some delay with your order we will notify you via email or telephone where possible.
- Orders to remote areas are dealt with on an individual basis.
- We reserve the right to charge more for delivery as appropriate in exceptional circumstances e.g. if the order is to be delivered to a remote area or for very large or valuable items. We will always contact you to discuss the options before making additional delivery charges.
- If the item is returned due to a missed delivery/collection then we will rearrange delivery at your cost, unless you no longer require the item. The original cost of delivery will be non refundable.
- We do not offer delivery of our products outside of the UK.
Some items are too big to post out. These items will automatically put down for collection at the checkout. Allowing you to arrange a man with a van or a specialist pallet collection service. It is always best to come along yourself to collect as we can also explaining how to fit.
So please notify us of the time of collection. So, we can have it ready for collection for you. and put a little time to one side to help you load up.
Please tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel and return the product.
You will then have another 14 days to return the goods once we have been told.
We always promise refund our customers within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

- Returned by someone else other than the person who purchased it.
- You knew an item was faulty when you bought it.
- You or someone else has altered it.
- You damaged an item by misuse or incorrect fitting by yourselves or someone else.
- If it was damaged in the post and you have not recorded it as damaged on receipt
We will not pay for return postage and will charge you a restocking fee of £25 if you are returning it because.
- You ordered incorrect product or size.
- You decided the product was not needed or wanted.
- The product did not meet your expectations.
- Unable to collect.

- The product was faulty.
- We shipped the incorrect product or size.
